Pharmacy Weight Loss Birkenhead is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Birkenhead and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom. Weight loss medications are only suitable for certain individuals. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis following a clinical assessment completed via our online consultation form.
We reserve the right to decline any application where treatment is deemed clinically inappropriate, without obligation to provide detailed reasons. You must provide accurate and truthful information during the consultation process. Providing false or misleading information may invalidate your prescription and could pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescriptions issued through our service are generated by a GPhC registered pharmacist or qualified prescriber following review of your consultation. No prescription will be issued automatically. Each application is reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to request additional information or decline treatment.
Prescriptions are issued for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to another individual. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not guaranteed. We may request follow-up information before issuing any subsequent prescription.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at the point of checkout will apply to your current order. We will not fulfil an order if a pricing error has occurred, and we will notify you promptly in such circumstances.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your confirmed address. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and UK public holidays.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone. If your order has already been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and the legal requirements surrounding their handling.
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
